Lesson Learnt 2004 Pt1

Guess is about time for me to arrange my thoughts and start documenting my lessons learn from previous failed business ventures.

When I graduated in 1996 from a local university at the age of 23, I, like everyone else, was eager to move into the job market to learn, to experience, and hopefully to succeed. I gave myself a clear and simple mission, to have One Million bucks in my account before the age of 30.

Well, to summarise it all, I actually made it, but that was not end of the story, to put in perspective, at the age of 30 (2003) :

1) I had a thriving business

2) The company went bust in 2003

3) I had more than One million bucks in the bank account

4) Lost all money by paying subcontractos and suppliers even before getting paid from clients

5) Got married to my Uni sweetheart

6) Filed for divorce 2003

7) Had a BMW and 4WD

8) Lost both vehicle to bank in 2003

So you are basically save to assume 2003 was just not my year. But the story from 1999 to 2003 when I had my own business venture is for another day.

Today I want to talk about what happened in 2004.
