Summer 2019!!!

Just read/refreshed the 7 habits of highly effective people and realized I have been slacking... I can't even keep an article a month on this blog! Last entry was 5 months ago..

After failing to properly organise a yacht trip last year due to weather, this year we decided to go by hook or by crook, first attempt was unsuccessful due to Typhoon Danas. We finally did it last Sunday!

Everyone was happy with the trip except a few guys who got a bit seasick on the yacht. It was a bit cloudy and windy hence part of the ride was a bit bumpy.

We manage to get a few fishes with the toy fishing rod the yacht operator provided us. (Not happy with that.. I had a big bite but the fish tore the weight and hook away... nobody believed me anyway...)

With the project winding down and another 2 months to go to be back to Sunny hometown... will be planning more trips and activities to keep myself busy.

To shake or not to shake?

Was talking with a bro from Indonesia about a recent news about a certain local female artist who decided to take off her tudung and became an issue.

My bro commented even in Indonesia people will not be bothered about such news but in Malaysia it became viral.

Reminded me of good old days where we do not need to worry whether to shake hands with a Muslim lady is OK or not.

Nowadays 50% of the time you put your hands out when meeting a Muslim lady they will put up their hands and make a sorry face to you...

After a while I just don't bother anymore...
